TERMS OF SERVICE — DOUBLE D CUPS

Welcome to Double D Cups. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Double D Cups provides customized, personalized, and ready-made drinkware and related products. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unlawful requests, payment issues, or violations of these Terms.

You agree not to use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Many Double D Cups products are made or customized specifically for the customer. Colors, designs, photographs, engraving, laser markings, and other customization may vary slightly from digital previews or photographs because of differences in materials, coatings, manufacturing, lighting, and displays.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, wording, colors, images, and other customization information submitted with an order.

Once production of a customized or personalized item has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED DESIGNS AND IMAGES

By submitting a photograph, logo, graphic, phrase, design, or other material for customization, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material for the requested purpose.

You retain ownership of your customer-supplied content. You grant Double D Cups permission to use that content solely as reasonably necessary to produce and fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to decline customization requests that we reasonably believe violate applicable law or another person's intellectual-property rights.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed on our website and may change without notice. The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

Orders must be successfully paid before they are processed unless another arrangement has been expressly approved.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping charges are calculated based on the customer's order and delivery address when applicable.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customized products may require additional production time.

Double D Cups is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or circumstances reasonably outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Returns and refunds are governed by our posted Refund Policy.

Because personalized and custom-made products are produced specifically for an individual customer, they generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind, incorrect customer-supplied information, or dissatisfaction with customization that accurately matches the approved/requested specifications.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

7. PRODUCT CARE

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions supplied with their products.

Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, dropping, excessive heat, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow provided care instructions may not qualify for replacement or refund.

8. ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information.

However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you regarding available options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Double D Cups name, branding, original artwork, website content, photographs, product designs, graphics, and other original materials belonging to Double D Cups may not be reproduced, copied, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, logos, characters, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, website functionality, and other business operations.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Double D Cups is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Double D Cups will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Double D Cups harmless from claims arising from materials you submit for customization when those materials infringe another person's intellectual-property or other legal rights.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for material violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unlawful conduct, or misuse of our website or services.

Obligations that reasonably should survive termination, including payment obligations and intellectual-property provisions, will remain effective.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Double D Cups and the transaction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The current version will be posted on our website with its effective or updated date.
